Who am I?

My name is Danielle. I am in my early 40s. I am originally from Brazil and I have lived in Montreal, Canada, since 2014. I am not a psychic. I do not have a “gift”. I read Tarot cards and I teach how to interpret Tarot cards. I love this mysterious world!

My background is in information technology and I consider myself a very logical person. Even though Tarot spoke to me. But don't get me wrong, I don't do Tarot in a divinatory/guessing game kind of thing. I use Tarot as a tool to help me achieve my goals, be happy, and fulfilled!

My mom was always super spiritualized and I had a taste of it when she started to learn about Reiki. Later on she got into Tarot and I joined her. We had Tarot classes with Fernanda Beppler, she is pretty famous in Brazil among the Tarot community. I continued my studies and I had advanced Tarot classes with the amazing Camila Câmara. I read many books about Tarot from different authors. My favorite ones are Rachel Pollack and Thereza Reed.

I am so much in love with Tarot that I decided to read and teach Tarot to others.

Mentorship

Do you have a Tarot deck at home that you never used? Maybe you inherited, maybe one of these pretty little boxes caught your attention when you were passing by a bookstore... And you ended up buying it! Maybe it was just curiosity, maybe you really wanted to read the cards!

Soon you realized that simply reading the booklet that comes with the cards is not enough... Don't feel alone, I have been there too! It took me two Tarot courses, reading many different Tarot books, and hundreds of Tarot readings for myself and others, that got me where I am right now.

The easiest and fastest way to learn Tarot is to find somebody to be your mentor. Not recorded classes where there is absolutely no interaction, reading books helps but it is not enough. You need to practice, and having somebody that takes your hand all the way, and show you how it is done, it is the best way! I am here for you! Feel free to contact me for more details!

Tarot reading

If you had Tarot cards read it to you before, and you come to me for a reading, you will see that I do things differently from others Tarot readers. If you never have, here is how I do it.

Tarot is about exchanging life experiences. The cards will lead our conversation. Yes, that is what reading Tarot cards to another person is: a conversation. I do not have visions about your future and I do not know your past or present life. You know your life better than anybody else. I will help you to interpret the cards based on whatever information you would like to share with me.

People told me before “but you see what you want to see”. Yes, sometimes that is true. Sometimes we read Tarot to have a confirmation. Sometimes we are stubborn and we need somebody or something to tell us what we already know. But how can Tarot help us? When we are feeling like we don't know where to start, how to focus, when to act, then you read Tarot! it might help you clear your mind.

If you have a Tarot deck, we can use your own deck to do the reading!

The reading can be in either English or Portuguese.

Tarot journal

Keep a Tarot journal is one of the cool things about reading for yourself. You record your own readings, dates, and cards that came up. Later on, you can come back and check whether those readings made sense.

Either having a pretty notebook with pictures of the cards, or an online journal, I always recommend having a Tarot journal.

I started my journal with a classic notebook! But I soon realized that maintain that notebook is a lot of work... So I decided to build an online Tarot journal, for me, and for everybody! And it's free! Just log in here on the website and you'll have access to the journal!
